Purchase Options & Subscription Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to any recurring "Purchase Options" (subscribe & save, auto-delivery, or subscription) orders placed through Pure Nutrition Body LLC's website (the "Site"). It should be read together with our [Terms of Service], [Refund Policy], and [Legal Notice].
1. What Are Purchase Options?
"Purchase Options" allow you to choose between a one-time purchase or a recurring subscription ("Subscription") for eligible products. If you select a Subscription, your selected product(s) will be automatically reordered and charged to your payment method on file at the frequency you select (e.g., every 30, 60, or 90 days) until you cancel, pause, or modify your Subscription.
2. Billing
- By enrolling in a Subscription, you authorize Pure Nutrition Body LLC to automatically charge your chosen payment method for each recurring order at the then-current Subscription price, plus applicable taxes and shipping, on each billing date.
- You will receive an email notification prior to each upcoming charge (where required by law) and/or a receipt after each charge is processed.
- If a payment fails, we may retry the charge, and your Subscription may be paused or canceled if payment cannot be successfully processed after a reasonable number of attempts.
3. How to Cancel
You may cancel your Subscription at any time, for any reason, at no additional cost, through any of the following methods:
- Customer Account Portal: Log in to your account on the Site, navigate to "Manage Subscriptions," and select "Cancel Subscription."
- Email: Contact us at info@purenutritionbody.com with your order number and request to cancel.

There is no cancellation fee. Cancellation is effective for future orders only — it does not retroactively cancel or refund an order that has already been processed or shipped.
4. Cancellation Deadline
To avoid being charged for an upcoming Subscription order, you must cancel, pause, or modify your Subscription at least 3 business days before your next scheduled billing date. Cancellation requests received after this window will apply to the following billing cycle, and the order already in process will be fulfilled as scheduled.
You can find your next billing date at any time in your account portal or in your order confirmation emails.
5. Pausing, Skipping, or Modifying a Subscription
In addition to full cancellation, you may:
- Skip an upcoming shipment,
- Pause your Subscription for a set period, or
- Modify the product, quantity, or delivery frequency of your Subscription,
at any time through your account portal, subject to the same [insert number] business-day notice period described in Section 4.
6. Refunds on Subscription Orders
Refunds for Subscription orders that have already been charged and shipped are governed by our standard [Refund Policy]. Canceling your Subscription does not automatically entitle you to a refund of any previously processed order.
7. No Long-Term Commitment
Subscriptions are month-to-month (or per your selected frequency) and carry no minimum commitment period or long-term contract, unless you enrolled in a specific promotional program that expressly states otherwise at checkout.
8. Changes to Subscription Pricing
We reserve the right to change Subscription pricing from time to time. If a price change affects your Subscription, we will provide advance notice via email before the change takes effect on your next billing cycle. You may cancel prior to the new price taking effect if you do not agree to the change.
9. Company Reserved Rights
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse to process any Subscription order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, payment issues, or product unavailability. If we cancel a Subscription order after payment has been charged, you will receive a full refund for that specific charge.
